Lanpro obtained full planning approval for the demolition of a former telephone exchange building and redevelopment of the site to provide 42 dwellings with associated amenity areas and car parking.

The site is situated in Norwich City Centre adjacent to the river Wensum and within a Conservation Area.

Lanpro identified the planning strategy and led on the preparation and submission of the planning application including the community consultation programme. We worked closely with the design team, Council Officers and other stakeholders to identify an acceptable scheme.

Lanpro also provided input to the design process in respect of hard and soft landscaping and the production of a Landscape Management Strategy for the development.
