The Leisure Centre formed part of a wider hub including the leisure facilities, golf course and potential new Worcester City Football ground.
Lanpro prepared and submitted the planning application, closely working with the Architect and Project Manager. Lanpro secured the approval and also dealt with the discharge of planning conditions and a number of non-material amendment applications, post determination.
Lanpro also formulated and produced the landscape scheme to enable this to be approved and were involved in facilitating and running the public consultation prior to submission of the application, culminating in the production of the Statement of Community Involvement
