Lanpro developed the layout, landscaping and building designs within the parameters of the outline planning permission whilst responding to the local character, design guidance, and the findings of the surface water infiltration testing.

Lanpro project-managed the planning application process, including: the coordination of a pre-application public consultation exercise; the preparation of the planning application documentation; and the submission and coordination of the application throughout the determination process, responding to queries from statutory consultees and interested parties.

The application was approved unanimously by Members of Breckland Planning Committee.
