The application involved negotiating the removal of 5 trees protected under a group Tree Preservation Order (TPO) to enable the new building to go ahead. Lanpro managed the pre-application and application processes, alongside Proworks who provided the architectural and landscape consultancy for the building. The permission will now enable the project to be realised, with Proworks continuing to be involved in the detailed technical design and delivery of the project through to construction phase.
