Fraser Gamblin joins Lanpro
We are pleased to welcome Frazer Gamblin to Lanpro.
Fraser is our new Head of People and Talent and will be primarily based in our Norwich office, but his work will take him across all of our sites. Fraser brings vast experience from an array of industries such as rapid growth FinTech, both Retail and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Health care, and more recently the creative industry.
He will be focused on developing the People Strategy for the business, which involves influencing many areas including Talent Attraction, Culture & Engagement and Competency Development.
