We are pleased to announce that in line with our business plans and growth strategy the following Lanpro staff have been promoted.
Ian Douglass, Tom Pike, and Ian Reilly have been promoted to Directors of Planning.
Ian Douglass will develop and lead our work in Major Infrastructure and Environmental Planning including all our energy portfolio, EIA work, NSIP and DCO work. This is a significant market sector for us with huge growth potential and the promotion reflects our ambitions in this area.
Tom Pike will lead and develop the regional planning aspects of all our planning teams in Norwich Cambridge, and Chelmsford.
Ian Reilly will lead the client, key account management and business development strategy for the planning team, working nationally across all regions and sectors to expand our geographical coverage
Jane Crichton has been promoted to Associate Planning Director in our Norwich Office
Sarah Clinch has been promoted to Senior Associate Planner in our Norwich office.
Jane and Sarah have been important parts of the team helping to deliver our renewable energy portfolio.
Archaeology and Heritage
Mitch Pollington has been promoted to Director of Archaeology and Heritage. Mitch leads the Archaeology and Heritage team nationally as well as driving forward our plans for the York office and the wider region.
Landscape and Urban Design
Zidan Lin is promoted to Senior Urban Designer in our Chelmsford office and reflects our renewed focus on urban regeneration and town centre investment opportunities throughout the UK.
Emma Jones will be taking on the Human Resource and People Development role to further boost our support services
Despite the disruption of the last 18 months, we continue to build our national presence, these promotions reflect our successes as well as our plans over the next 5 years. Exciting times ahead and congratulations to all.
We also have several new starts over the next month or so in York and Norwich and we will be announcing these in the coming weeks.
