Secured consent for the conversion of Leiston Constitution Club
Lanpro has secured consent for the conversion of the Leiston Constitution Club to form 12 flats and also for the development of the grounds to provide for 3 bungalows.
The proposal was granted approval under delegated authority by East Suffolk Council and will bring the brownfield site and heritage asset back into positive re-use.
