Outline planning approval for 30 dwellings in Docking

This week at the Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk’s first virtual planning committee, Lanpro secured outline planning approval for 30 dwellings on the former Limagrain site in the centre of the village, which has been vacant since February 2018. The site is partly located within the Conservation Area and contains a number of features such as a TPO tree and a substation that had to be taken into account in the design. Lanpro were involved at an early stage by identifying the development potential of the site and setting the planning strategy; undertaking and managing public consultation; coordinating the specialist consultees; and working with the Council and Highway Authority to positively and proactively respond to any matters to achieve a positive planning determination.
