North Norfolk Corporate Plan 2019-2023

The Corporate Plan, once published, will set out the council’s priorities and guide its business decisions through to the year 2023. The document provides a strategic shared vision for the period, setting objectives and priorities against which the performance of the council can be measured.

Key areas of focus for the council are:

• Customer Focus
• Climate, Coast and Environment
• Financial Sustainability and Growth
• Quality of Life

Lanpro will be following the progress of the Corporate Plan, particularly in respect of how its objectives are brought across into the emerging local plan and what impact they will have on the forward direction of planning in the district.
