The planning application included part of a new strategic link road between Buxton Road and North Walsham Road.
"The masterplan layout provided a series of development parameters or 'fixes' to the scheme, that enabled the Environmental Impact Assessment of the development to be carried out. Lanpro scoped, managed and produced the EIA which was a key document required to ensure planning permission was granted".
