Obviously, the current economic situation has been difficult, but we have made changes to the business to weather the storm and we will emerge in a strong position. Our thanks go to all the staff for their contribution, both for their hard work and also for their understanding & response to the measures we have taken as a business. It is much appreciated.
In order to reach our goals, we have taken the decision to appoint a new Managing Director of Lanpro, to oversee both the next steps the business needs to take and to deliver on the business plan we set to get us there.
Mark Brenton has accepted the position and will join us from Stantec this week.
Mark has been in consultancy for over 30 years, has first-hand experience of very senior roles in multi-disciplinary businesses, opened new regions & offices, acquired & integrated additional businesses and led many large projects with multi-disciplinary teams. Mark comes to us with great connections across new sectors and client groups, detailed knowledge of the wider area and extensive framework, tendering and partnership knowledge.
This is bold move for Lanpro, signalling our intention for the future to both the marketplace and to the staff in the business. It is a positive statement, fuelling our plans for the next five years (and beyond) and making us ready to face both the challenges and the opportunities in the next phase of growth in the Company.
We welcome Mark to the business, and we will support him in delivering all our aspirations and plans for the future.
