The site forms part of a large allocation which is for 56ha of mixed use development within the Broadland Growth Triangle Area Action Plan. Lanpro worked with Broadland District Council and representatives of the other landowners to prepare a masterplan for the whole allocation.
We provided planning consultancy and urban design services on the project, managed and co-ordinated the production of the Environmental Impact Assessment. In addition, we negotiated a reduction in affordable housing provision from the policy requirement.
