Lanpro secures planning permission for 157 static holiday caravans

Lanpro secures planning permission for 157 static holiday caravans on the former Golf Driving Range at Caldecott Hall Fritton.

Great Yarmouth Borough Council’s Development Management Committee voted to grant permission to Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd proposals for the re-use of the disused golf driving range and part of the golf course to provide a holiday caravan park within the Caldecott Hall Leisure and Golf Club complex.

The scheme which has been designed by Lanpro, will provide additional quality tourism accommodation at Caldecott Hall enabling owners and holiday makers to use the existing golf and leisure facilities, significantly boosting the tourism economy of Great Yarmouth.
