Lanpro successfully managed to persuade Breckland Council’s Planning Committee this week to vary an existing affordable housing requirement relating to a site off Norwich Road, Yaxham.
This was to ensure the scheme remained viable in these difficult times. The site will now be taken forward and developed out by the SME house builder Scarletts Homes.
