Purpose Built Student Accommodation Scheme
We are pleased to have secured planning approval for a Purpose Built Student Accommodation Scheme on the carpark site between the River Wensum and Holiday Inn on Duke Street, Norwich.
The scheme will provide 139 student bed spaces in a mix of study bedrooms and studios over eight storeys and will sit opposite the recently approved Mary Chapman Court scheme for NUA. We have also secured another section of the riverside walk across the river frontage of the site from Duke Street towards the Playhouse.
This scheme will help to meet the Council’s identified need for Purpose Built Student Accommodation within the city which currently stands at around 1,000 units.
