Lanpro successfully obtained outline planning permission via appeal for the re-development of this former gas holder site to provide up to 12 residential properties.

The outline application submission drawings were also prepared by Lanpro.

The site is heavily constrained by flood risk, contamination, amenity and highway issues. Lanpro worked with the District and County Council Officers to resolve these matters. Lanpro are continuing to lead on planning, design and landscape in the formulation of the Reserved Matters application.

Overall, the Planning Inspector concluded that many of the issues raised by Council could be subsequently overcome and further details provided at reserved matters stage
