Lanpro obtained prior approval through Class O of the General Permitted Development Order 2015 to change the use of a former office building into 199 residential flats.

Lanpro then submitted a full planning application for some additional windows which created improved living conditions for some of the flats.  The development made use of a vacant office building that had been on the market for a considerable amount of time.
