Lanpro worked with Paul J Smith to obtain full planning permission for a new District Centre.

The project comprised of 52,000 sq. ft of A1 retail, A2 professional services and A3 food and drink uses (including 20,000 sq. ft convenience food retail space) and 142 flatted dwelling units and a decked car park on 3.5 acres of land on the edge of Ipswich.

The rear part of the site was the subject of a Compulsory Purchase Order by Network Rail in 2012 and as such the approved scheme was never built-out.
