Paul’s role involves advising a wide variety of clients including house builders, renewable energy developers, strategic land buyers, property developers and private individuals on a range of projects. This work routinely involves the production of desk based assessments and historic environment ES chapters, negotiating schemes of work with local planning authorities and the costing, procuring and management of archaeological and built heritage investigations. Paul has a reputation for no nonsense, commercially focussed archaeological and heritage advice built on over 20 years’ experience working in the historic environment sector.
