Minerals & Waste
Our work to-date has resulted in several significant planning permissions and Development Plan allocations for a variety of mineral and waste proposals.
Examples of our work include:
- Extension to ferrous and non-ferrous metals recycling facility, Norfolk – Allocation obtained in the Development Plan to extend an existing metals recycling facility.
- Major Waste Recycling Facility, Norfolk – Major allocation obtained in the Development Plan to enable development of major mixed waste re-processing facility comprising metal recycling, inert waste recycling, in-vessel composting, physical, chemical and/or biological treatment of waste and waste treatment facility processing in excess of 150,000 tonnes of waste per annum.
- Stanton, Suffolk – Certificate of Lawful Established Use and Development obtained to immunize existing ferrous and non-ferrous metals recycling facility and plant storage yard from future enforcement action.
