Our team of planning and design consultants have considerable experience working within the healthcare sector for independent and public sector clients.

Lanpro has worked on a number of significant health care projects in recent years ranging from the expansion of a regional Hospital, the planned development of the Norwich Medical Park, new build specialist care facilities (including specialist dementia, acquired brain injury and early onset dementia accommodation), wellness and well-being centres and housing with extra care complexes.

Examples of our work include

• Rackham Road, Norwich - 44 bed specialist care home on an urban brownfield site.
• Collier Row, Romford – 19 bed specialist dementia unit as an extension to an existing residential care home within the Metropolitan Green Belt.
• Kirby Cross, Essex – 86 bed specialist dementia unit and 24 unit housing with extra care scheme within the open countryside.
• Oasis, Norwich – Planned well-being centre proposal comprising 80 bed residential care home for the elderly and 200 retirement and extra-care apartments developed around an existing private sports and leisure club. The proposal will locate a significant number of new sports and leisure users in close proximity to the existing facility to improve existing viability whilst encouraging healthy lifestyles in later years to extend life spans.
