Lanpro promoted a greenfield site located outside the settlement boundary for the village of Gayton for inclusion within the emerging Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Local Plan.  The land was promoted for residential use to meet identified housing needs within Gayton, Grimston and Pott Row.

The site was initially promoted at the preferred options stage in the Site Allocations Development Plan Document review process.  Lanpro managed to persuade the Borough Council to substitutes it’s then preferred GAY1 site for the land promoted.

The allocated site is now included in the submission version of the emerging DPD.  Lanpro is currently preparing a part-detailed/part-outline planning application for residential development within the emerging allocated site.  This planning application will be submitted in advance of the DPD being adopted to secure the emerging allocation.
